Lately I realized, looking inside my
kitchen cupboard, how I am so much like my mother.
I used to be very critical with the way my
mother’s storage system was a big mess. Many half empty seasoning sachets and
packets, weird Japanese dried stuff here and there, peculiar colored liquids in
bottles opened long time ago and lots and lots of expired spices…
Well, at least I can say that I’m cooking
just like her.... apart from the food, of course
