I'm going to reveal here the big secret of the asians, of how we can delay the signs of aging.

Actually it is a secret that pass from generations of granmas, mothers, daughters and TV shows, and it is not supposed to be shown to western eyes.

So you know, I'm risking my neck here with some furious ninja granmas, to provide you this piece of ancient wisdom.

Today a very close friend from Hungary came to visit me.

When I was doing a postgrade back in Japan, she gave me this little cute baby seal cudly toy, wich I keep with me until today.

I named it after her (Barbara), wich in japanese would sound Barabara.

The "chan" in japanese names means "little" like, little Bara.
